Integral Interview

Turn Conversations and Experience Into Usable Business Knowledge

Integral Interview helps founders capture expertise through structured, hands-free AI interviews and analysis of existing recordings or documents. Its documented interview gallery covers ten business purposes, including customer discovery, founder stories, sales debriefs, process capture, and author expertise. The AI interviewer asks targeted questions and spoken follow-ups, while multimodal analysis produces summaries, information gaps, content opportunities, and operational insights. An interactive knowledge mind map and contextual AI discussions help users explore relationships among findings. The result is reusable knowledge for marketing, training, operations, strategic decisions, and publishing.

For SMB founders

Capture the knowledge conversations leave behind

  • Conduct structured interviews with a conversational AI interviewer.
  • Capture employee, customer, founder, and subject-matter expertise.
  • Analyze recordings and documents for insights and missing knowledge.
  • Explore findings through AI discussions and visual knowledge maps.
  • Turn conversation outcomes into reports, content, and improvement ideas.

Some of the most valuable knowledge in a growing business lives in conversations rather than documents. An experienced employee knows how to solve exceptions. Customers explain their needs in language marketing has never captured. A founder carries years of lessons and stories that could strengthen a book, training program, or company strategy. Integral Interview is designed to capture that expertise and transform it into structured information the organization can examine and reuse.

Ask better questions. Preserve better answers.

Its distinguishing feature is a hands-free, AI-led interviewer. The October 2026 product documentation lists ten specialized interview types: Marketing and Messaging, Customer Discovery, Decision Journal, Founder Story Mining, Sales Call Debrief, Business Ideation, Content and Thought Leadership, Process and SOP Capture, Product or Service Knowledge, and Author Expertise. Each template provides a questioning structure and conversational style appropriate to its objective. The interviewer asks one question at a time, listens for spoken responses, reflects important details, and uses follow-up probes to move beyond general claims into examples, evidence, and specific experiences.

Founders can also analyze existing material. The platform supports browser voice recording, uploaded audio or video, and multiple business documents. Spoken material is transcribed for review, correction, and contextual enrichment before analysis. Users can select intended content outputs and AI goals, such as extracting insights, identifying action items, generating learning material, or developing writing and video content. This supports both new interviews conducted by the AI and important conversations that were recorded elsewhere.

Explore and reuse what you learn

The results experience brings findings into sections covering themes, topics, missing information, potential follow-up questions, content opportunities, process issues, and automation possibilities. Users can discuss the entire report or ask questions about a particular section. An editable two-dimensional or three-dimensional Knowledge Mind Map helps visualize concepts and their relationships. Where an interview uncovers an automatable process, a design-document generator can propose implementation specifications. The source also describes saved interview sessions, report history, and PDF or Word exports. Hands-free operation and export compatibility still require current environment testing.

The method is especially useful when the interview has a defined outcome. A founder story interview asks different questions from an SOP capture session, and both differ from a sales debrief. Separating those purposes makes the resulting information more actionable. The software helps document knowledge; users remain responsible for privacy, consent, accuracy, and deciding which findings are suitable for organizational use.

An effective interview is also an act of careful listening. The best questions elicit examples, tradeoffs, exceptions, and evidence instead of collecting polished generalities.
